Friday, February 26th, 2010

Basketball is an excellent game and it requires special skills in order to emerge as an excellent player. Many people may look out for ways that would make them a better basketball player. There are various strategies but not all these strategies would work for all. Coaches strongly believe that various strategies are applicable to various kinds of people and one must correctly understand the strategy that is applicable to them. There are certain kinds of people who are motivated by positive feedback while others tend to get motivated from negative feedback. You must understand what type of feedback motivates you and when you must express that to your coach. One would be able to get better results by speaking out to their coach. These types of people would get continuous feedback from their coaches and then improvement is made possible. Players who get motivated would often find continuous improvements as they work hard to improve their moves. There may be few people who may find communication as a difficult one. Many may also feel shy. Such people would not get genuine feedback and hence chance of improving their ways is also a bit difficult. Hence in order to be a good basket player, it is a must to communicate well with the coaches.

There are a number of people who are worried how they should properly approach the game of basket ball to be a better player. Most players and coach might never find this an easy task and the same strategies might not work well for everyone. When speaking of basketball we find two different types of people. One type is always motivated by all positive feed backs, whereas second types are motivated from all negative aspects. So if you are always motivated by all positive aspects then you have to inform your coach of it. There are always better results with players who try to speak to their coach. So such people always like to be informed of all their right moves. Such people enjoy when their coach pulls them and pats them on their back. They get a feeling that they are doing the right job and so they feel motivated to improve it much better. Most people also get motivated if the coach point out their mistakes so they can improve their moves. So if they are informed if other players are performing much better then they try to respond to it by improving their moves. Such players always work harder to improve their basket ball skills and strategies. There are also a number of players who might always find it hard to communicate with their coaches. Such players may never be good basket ball players as they never speak of how to develop their strategies.
